• Report generation and document management
• Any repetitive screen-based workflow a human operator could perform

Vaulter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the organization you represent to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any data that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to process sensitive personal data without appropriate consent and safeguards
• Resell or sublicense the Service without Vaulter's written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Quotes and Pricing

Quote requests submitted through our platform are non-binding estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement between Vaulter and the client prior to service deployment. Vaulter reserves the right to adjust pricing based on task complexity, volume, or scope changes.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be detailed in the applicable service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on this website are the property of Vaulter or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Output generated by Vaulter's AI workers on your behalf, using your data, remains your property. Vaulter does not claim ownership over task outputs produced for clients.

7. Confidentiality

Vaulter acknowledges that client data, workflows, and business processes shared with us are confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required to deliver the Service, or as required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vaulter does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. AI systems can make mistakes; clients are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them in critical workflows.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaulter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Vaulter's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vaulter in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Vaulter may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
